Our company has been in service to the community as a general contractor for over 18 years as of this year.  It is founded and established by the current president, Mr. Yun Koo (Eugene) Chi, on January 10, 1992.  When he founded the company, he brought with him rich knowledge of general construction and management.

Since its inception, our company has built a reputation for integrity, teamwork, and commitment.  We are dedicated to serving the tri-state communities and to bring the best service to our clients in hopes to benefit the community as whole.

We deliver services in a number of different ways, each tailored to the needs of our client.  We build new buildings from ground and up, as well as handling various building extension works.  Our projects include churches, office buildings, commercial buildings, multi-dwelling residential buildings, and private residences.  We deliver honest services, and we are capable of completing projects to fit each different schedule and budget.
